Kytren Fine Quality Goat Cheese - Fresh and Supurb

Kytren Fine Quality Goat Cheese is a family business run by Ken
and Margaret Vinicombe, on their Gidgegannup property which is situated
approximately 55 km North East of Perth along the Toodyay Road in
Western Australia.
Although Kytren has only been operating since October 1996 it has
already achieved various awards in Australia.
With an excellent miking herd and high quality feed Kytren is able
to produce a Premium Quality Goat Cheese with a light creamy texture.
The taste is not one that overpowers but one that enhances the taste
of other foods yet is delicious eaten alone.
Kytren Fine Quality Goats Cheeses are all natural products with
only one preservative added, this being minimal salt.
Those whom are lactose intolerant find they can eat the Goat product
without any side effects. Kytren's goats cheese being a soft style
is also lower in fat than the firmer and mature cheeses, ranging
from 13% fat in the 500gm soft tub form to 21% in the mature range.
