Grilled Crams with Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients:
12 large crams
1/4cup white wine
3 tablespoon bread crumbs
1 tablespoon garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon olive oil
2 tablespoon parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper

Leave crams in cold water for 30 minutes. Mix bread crumbs, garlic, olive oil, parsley, salt and pepper in a bowl. Place crams and white wine in a frying pan and cover, cook over medium heat for 2 minutes or until crams open.
Take crams out and discard empty shells. Reserve the liquid. Place half-shelled crams in an oven proof dish, pour the liquid over and top with bread crumb mixture, grated parmesan. Cook in a 200C oven for 10 minutes or browned.
