Spinach Salad with Sesami Dressing

Ingredients:
1 bunch spinach
2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
1 tablespoon sugar
2 tablespoon light soy sauce

Cook spinach in boiling water for 2 minutes. Transfer spinach in cold
water immediately. Squeeze off any liquid. Bunch the spinach and cut
into 5cm. Squeeze off liquid again.
Using mortar, ground toasted sesame seeds. Add sugar and soy sauce.
Mix well. Toss spinach into sesame dressing and mix well. Arrange
on the side of beef tataki
Serves 4
