Baked Whole Fish in Thai Sauce

Ingredients:
1 whole fish such as red emperor, pink snapper
1 bunch coriander, chopped
1 lemon grass, white part only chopped
3 kaffir lime leaves, julienned
1 lime, sliced
1 chilli, chopped
1 small ginger, sliced
1 tablespoon fish sauce
sea salt |

Place fish on almi foil and topped with all herbs. Sprinkle sea salt
and fish sauce. Cover the whole fish and cook for 45 minuets in a
preheated 180C oven. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
