Baked Whole Fish in Thai Sauce

Ingredients:
1 whole fish such as red emperor, pink snapper
1 bunch coriander, chopped
1 lemon grass, white part only chopped
3 kaffir lime leaves, julienned
1 lime, sliced
1 chilli, chopped
1 small ginger, sliced
1 tablespoon fish sauce
sea salt

Place fish on almi foil and topped with all herbs. Sprinkle sea salt and fish sauce. Cover the whole fish and cook for 45 minuets in a preheated 180C oven. Serve with steamed jasmine rice.
